Shipping Policy

  • Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to be processed. Shipping within the US may take approximately 2-5 business days. Shipping on orders out of the US can take up to 6-10 business days. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided with purchase after the merchandise has shipped. Shipping rates as well as taxes will be added at the end of your checkout. Shipping rates are determined at checkout and are based upon delivery address and total order weight. 
  • Orders within the US will be shipped through USPS. We pride ourselves in providing fast shipping! We offer USPS standard and express shipping. Orders placed with free shipping will also adhere to this schedule and method of shipping. 

    We do not ship on weekends and holidays. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship on Monday or the next business day. 
  • Nuva Kidz is not responsible for ANY delayed items, damages, marked delivered items or lost packages. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it. Please contact the carrier.
  • If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the carrier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
  • We do offer Free Shipping on orders that are over $75 within the continental United States (excluding APO address).

 

Incorrect Address

IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, IS MARKED "UNCLAIMED" OR “RETURN TO SENDER,” OR HAS BEEN DEEMED UNDELIVERABLE FOR ANY REASON BY THE CARRIER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING SHIPPING FEES AGAIN.

  • To ensure this does not happen, It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly during checkout. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change its address.
  • All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

International Shipping

  •  International Shipping is via UPS and USPS and will vary in rates. Standard shipping orders take up to 2 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out.
  • UPS International Orders CANNOT be shipped to a P.O. Box. If you choose this option and do enter a P.O. Box, your order will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail International instead.
  • We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs duties, fees or taxes. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. We cannot advise the amount of what these fees might be & we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
