Nuva Kidz is committed to providing you with quality products. If for any reason you aren't satisfied with the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 7 days from when your order is received.

**NO REFUNDS - STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS‼️

Please review our Return Policy Guidelines below:

Return Guidelines:

-All items must be new, unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.

-All items must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.

-Products marked *final sale* cannot be returned.

- We reserve the right to refuse any returns that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.

-Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to us.

- Original Shipping fees are non-refundable.

-International orders are final sale.

Exchanges:

We're unable to process an exchange, but you are welcome to place a new order (while the item(s) are still available) and send in your return separately.

How to Process a Return:

Simply email us at nuvakidz@gmail.com with "Return Request" in the subject line. Please include your order number and reason for return within the email. Our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours. Once your return has been approved and item received, a store credit will be issued back to you.

Gift Return:

If you received an item as a gift, please reach out and we'd be happy to issue store credit.

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

Nuva Kidz diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

**Please, if possible, include your original packing slip so we know who you are.
